I decided he was a god-tier Doctor after hearing his first couple of audio dramas. Aside from that it's just been the crazy level of lore that accompanies him that makes me WANT to know more.
He's decidedly the busiest Doctor, but we know the least about him.
I NEED to listen to one of his audio dramas in its entirety…..

I’ll start out by saying I’d be lying if I told you I was sorry to see it go. I never liked the idea of a Phantom sequel, much less one straight from the man who made me fall in love with the original. When it turned out extremely flawed for an absolute plethora of reasons you probably are already…

Especially the bit at the end.
There are reasons why I’m nowhere near as involved in the Phandom as I used to be….one of them is Doctor Who……but the other is definitely the ridiculous and often plain nasty elitism that it is plagued with. :o/
That being said….I am most certainly not sad to see LND close. I never saw it (of course, being in America) and honestly didn’t want to….at least not after I read the plot summary and heard some songs other than “‘Till I Hear You Sing”.
I said it three years ago when the rumors were first coming out about this sequel and I’ll say it again in the aftermath of LND, I am not opposed to the idea of a Phantom sequel necessarily….but they picked the WORST. POSSIBLE. BOOK. to base it on. I have read dozens of fanfictions that would have made better musicals than “Phantom of Manhattan”, let alone the plethora of other novels that could have worked.
I’m just so disappointed.
